Refunds

  • No refunds on bicycles. Ask about exchange options while bike is new.
  • Returns on accessories and clothing may be done within 30 days of purchase date with receipt.
  • If no receipt, a store credit will be issued for lowest sale price of item.
  • To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be returned in new condition. This includes package and hang tags.

Getting a refund ...

  • If paid with a check, 20 days must pass before a refund check may be issued.
  • If paid with a credit card, refund will be issued to credit card. 
  • If item was paid with cash and refund is a large dollar amount, it is possible that a company check will be issued for a refund.
  • If purchase is made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Bontrager items such as clothing, shoes, accessories, and tires may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Used items will receive an in-store credit of purchase price, unused items qualify for refund. If a clothing item is used, it MUST be freshly laundered!
  • Pearl Izumi clothing and shoes - May be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Used items will receive an in-store credit of purchase price, unused items qualify for refund. If a clothing item is used, it MUST be freshly laundered!
  • Shimano shoes - May be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Used items will receive an in-store credit of purchase price, unused items qualify for refund.
